Children must be accompanied by an adult who must remain on the premises at all times
BE SAFE. No Running. No climbing on the outside of the play structure nets.
BE SAFE. Always slide down feet first. Do not climb up the slides.
BE SAFE. Pushing, rough play and shouting will not be tolerated. The staff reserve the right to ask the guest to leave.
No Food, Drink or gum is allowed on the playground area.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. This include the lounge and washrooms.
No gifts, cake or balloons are permitted in the facility without booking a party.
SICK CHILD POLICY: As a courtesy to our staff and guests, children who are sick (sneezing, coughing, fever, visibly unwell) should not visit the facility until they feel better.
•Please ensure all food items are treenut, peanut and nutfree. Any items that are found to contain nuts will be removed immediately.
• Kidz at Play is not responsible for lost and stolen or damaged items brought into the facility.
• Kidz at Play reserves the right to refuse admission at any time and to ask the guest to leave the facility base on any disruptive or abusive behaviour to staff or other guests.
NO GLITTER/CONFETTI/SILLY STRING/PINATAS/POPCORN permitted in the facility.

INFLATABLE CASTLES ARE NOT PERMITTED
• Toys are to remain the specific play area.
• No toys are permitted on the play structure
